1) I found a website that gives you a free software to help you control your grocery shopping expenses. Why I like it is because you can keep a grocery list in the program, customize your grocery list and then print it to take it with you shopping and the best of all it allows you to enter in prices for each grocery item, so that you already know how much you are going to spend when you get to the grocery store.
